What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Yes, every Moon Magic piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
